TRAINING COURSES:
All booking fees are non-refundable
If you need to move your training date we require a minimum of 7 days notice
Please arrive to your course on time
LASHES:
Please note that we DO NOT infill other people's work - Soak off is £10 for our work and £15 for another lash technicians work.
Please DO NOT wear any mascara or eye make up to your appointment to ensure long lasting lashes.
BROWS:
Patch test is required 48 hours prior any brow treatments (Lamination & Henna)
LASH LIFTS:
Patch test is required 48 hours prior
FACIALS:
If you are unsure what treatment to book please contact the salon for your free consultation.
You are able to rescheduled your appointment 48 hours in advanced however this can only be done once. After this you will be required to make a new booking.
If you arrive any later than 15 minutes late to your appointment then your slot will be cancelled and deposit will be lost.
